Yahoo Mail Beta (UK and Ireland for now)

Thursday, April 27th, 2006

I discovered that me too can experience the Yahoo makeover everyone was talking about. Nice and have that sleek design and based on AJAX. Well for now the beta is available for UK & Ireland and France as well. The question is, how did I acquire or change my older yahoo mail like that of the beta? It’s not yet available here in the Philippines but I managed to do that. Think. If you don’t have any idea on how I did it, message me or leave comments.

But for now, look at the image below.

San ka pa?!… Dela Rosa Bus Hi-tech ticketing system

Thursday, April 20th, 2006

Password Recovery Speeds

How long will your password stand up?

This document shows the approximate amount of time required for a computer
or a cluster of computers to guess various passwords. The figures shown are approximate and are the
maximum time required to guess each password using a simple brute force
"key-search" attack, it may (and probably will) be possible to guess correctly without
trying all the combinations shown using other methods of attack or by having a
"lucky guess".
